Because each of our products is custom made to order, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect design submissions.

❌ We cannot offer refunds or returns if:

You change your mind after the order is placed
You submitted an incorrect design file
You are unhappy with the design as provided by you

We strongly recommend double-checking your files and previewing your design carefully before submitting.

✅ We will offer a replacement or refund if:

The product arrives damaged or faulty
The product differs from what was ordered (e.g. incorrect quantity or printing error caused by us)

Clear photos of the issue
